They don’t know what they’re doing. They pass off install to unqualified contractors. Today was the first real test of our $45,000 system and it failed. Power went out and due to bad install, the backup power never kicked over. Also, the rebates are a scam. We received the federal credit( which is now gone), but neither the state or ComEd rebates. They want your money, but aren’t concerned about the product working as sold or supporting their claims. Walk away. Find someone by word of mouth.
